Every year, more and more people are looking for alternatives to full service real estate companies to sell their homes. So what do you really give up if you decide to sell your house in exchange for real estate? And what to look for when choosing a company that will list your house yourself? We will answer these two questions in this article. 

What do you lose if the owner goes on sale

 The long term and short term is that when selling your house, you have to deal with everything. An item sold through an owner will cause your home to be included in the MLS so that other potential buyers and buying agents can find the house, but then it's all you. 

A full-service sales agent sends phone calls, emails, and more. Potential buyers and agents that are your responsibility. Arranging offers and negotiating with the buyer will also be what you will have to deal with when finding a buyer.
